How to Generate the Proper Report Format Using Mallease Falcon POS Software from Micro Systems & Design.

Any of the Mallease Falcon 32 (ie -- Windows) versions running on any version 
of Windows (ie 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, or 8) have the capability of uploading sales 
data to Mall-Central.com.

Only the sales data for the current pay period is uploaded.

From the Main Menu select "Utilities" and then  "Upload to Net"
or pulldown ToOls menu and select "Upload to Net".

The software will generate the right report and upload it automatically.

The "Upload to Net" feature is unavailable until a Mall-Central.com account is opened and an upgrade disk is installed.

In case of problems (trouble with uploading) and/or in lieu of an upgrade disk the following information may help:

There's a file upload.cfg in the falcon folder to get the command line.

upload.cfg is a two line text file:

mccdir = C:\MALLCENT\
mcline = C:\mallcent\MALLUPLD.EXE -usernamexxxx -passwordxxxx -v -z -S .tmp mall-central.com /SAMPLE_xxxx c:\mallcent\TRANS.TXT

upload.cfg can be copied from another system and modified using NotePad.

Then the program "runs" mallupld.exe.

MALLUPLD.EXE is placed in the folder C:\mallcent.

With these two files installed, the Upload to Net is enabled in the ToOls menu.

That's where falcon runs mallupld and where trans.txt is located -- that's the data file.
